Champion Mill Cheddar

This delicious pure goat’s milk cheddar is named after the Champion Mill in the high Rockies just north of Jumpin’ Good Goat Dairy. The texture is dense but more delicate then any cow cheddar out there.  The flavor is nutty and mild with a tinge of sharpness from the goats' milk. A perfect introduction to all the possibilities of goat cheese.
